MTS will design, manufacture and
add a Tamper Evident Banding head to your existing
labeler. MTS can also supply a stand-alone unit.
Servo Controlled Tamper Evident Bander with Servo Horizontal Perforation Unit
The flattened sleeve material
is pulled over a mandrel and cut to the correct
height. The sleeve is then placed over the cap
where it will then head out of the machine and
into a heat tunnel to shrink the band tightly
around the neck of the container. Vertical or perforation
can also be added at this time.

MTS can supply New Change Parts which includes
the mandrel for your new package.
